Robert Clerk brought a lifetime of engineering design experience to his high efficiency 'trilink' swash-plate pump/motor.

Matthew Rea (above) and Carn Gibson built the machine in the wave energy workshop.

Many of Robert's design features are fundamental to the new generation of digital hydraulic machines. His countless stories and adventures stay fondly in our memories. His spirit lives on.
